Tilbury Lane, Botley Stop temporarily suspended

Due to roadworks, the Dean Court-bound Tilbury Lane stop will be temporarily suspended until further notice.
Passengers are advised to use the Deanfield Road stop as the nearest alternative.

Unable to serve Harwell Village

Due to gas works, Harwell Burr Street will be closed until further notice, our services will divert via the Harwell Link Road and Reading Road in both directions.
Passengers are advised to use the temporary stops which will be provided at the junction between Reading Road and Wantage Road, along with another set just before the roundabout on Didcot Road before turning into Harwell Link Road.
X2 & X3 Service diversion

Due to roadworks at the Lodge Hill Slip Road our X2 and X3 services are currently diverting away from the A34 via the Oxford Road and Hinksey Hill Interchange.
Depending on traffic levels services may divert on occasion via Radley and Kennington.
We expect major delays as a result of this.
Witney Access Scheme Phase 1 Roadworks

Due to the Phase 1 of the Witney Access Scheme, between 12/05 and 09/07 our H2 services will be serving their Witney loop in the opposite direction, meaning that after the High Street it will divert via Market Square, Corn Street and Welch Way.
Passengers can still pick up the service at the Witney Market Square but will need to do so at Stop A or B.
Milton Heights Turn Stop Suspended

Due to construction works taking place in the area, the Milton Heights Turn bus stop is currently suspended until further notice for journeys towards Didcot/Harwell Campus. We are awaiting further information concerning the possibility of a temporary bus stop arrangement.
Temporary Stop Suspension Osney Island
Due to Thames Water works on Botley Road, the Osney Island stop towards the City Centre will be suspended until further notice.
A temporary stop will be in place just before the pedestrian lights, and signs stating where will be published in the area.
Botley Road CLOSURE
The section of Botley Road that passes underneath the rail bridge near Oxford Rail Station is closed to motor vehicle traffic, including buses. The following services are affected by the bridge closure: 4A, 4B, 63/63S and 44. Full details can be found using the link above.

Due to roadworks, Caversham Bridge will be closed between 19:00 26/06 and 01:00 27/06, during this time our services will divert via Gosbrook Road, George Street and VAstern Road in both directions.
Passengers are advised to use the Caversham, Library or Station North Interchange stops as the nearest alternatives.
Watlington Street Fair

Due to the Watlington Street Fair, the High Street will be closed between 10:00 and 17:00 on Saturday, 27 June 2026. During the road closure, our 11 service will terminate and start from Cuxham Roundabout, and buses will be unable to serve Watlington town centre. As a result, the following stops will not be served while the closure is in place: Bucklands Paddock (both directions), Hurdlers Green, Gorwell and Library. Customers travelling to or from Watlington are advised to use Cuxham Roundabout as their nearest available stop and allow extra time for their journey.

Due to the Thame 10K Race taking place on Sunday, 28 June 2026, there will be extensive road closures throughout Thame town centre. As a result, our 400 service will terminate and commence journeys from the Cricket Ground stop on Aylesbury Road, which will serve as the temporary terminus for both pick-up and drop-off during the event. The following stops will be unable to be served in either direction for the duration of the road closures: Lord Williams's Upper School, Sycamore Drive, Cuttle Brook, Museum and Town Hall. Customers travelling to or from Thame are advised to use the Cricket Ground stop on Aylesbury Road and allow extra time for their journeys.

The Race for Life event will take place in Oxford on Sunday, 28 June 2026. As a result, there will be rolling road closures along the High Street between 08:00 and 12:00. While our buses will be permitted to travel through the closures, traffic congestion and temporary holding points are expected, which may lead to delays to services operating in the city centre and surrounding areas. We advise customers to allow extra time for their journeys during this period.
