St Giles Fair 2026
Today 00:01 - 9th Sep 2026
Due to the St Giles Fair, Magdalen Street, along with sections of the Woodstock and Banbury roads, will be closed between 06/09 and 08:00 09/09. As such, our services will need to divert as follows:
City6:
Towards Oxford, the service will divert via St Margaret's Road, Banbury Road and Parks Road, terminating at Broad Street.
Towards Wolvercote, the service will commence and pick up from Broad Street, near Trinity College, diverting via Parks Road, Banbury Road, and Canterbury Road, before resuming normal service on Woodstock Road.
300 Park & Ride:
Towards Redbridge/Oxford City, the service will divert via St Margaret's Road, serving the stop at the junction, then via Banbury Road, Parks Road, Broad Street, resuming their regular route on George Street.
Towards Pear Tree, the service will divert after George Street via Broad Street, Parks Road, Banbury Road and Canterbury Road, resuming its regular route on Woodstock Road.
ST2:
Towards Wytham, the service will divert after South Parks Road, via Parks Road, Broad Street, and then turn around to pick up near Trinity College. It will subsequently divert via Banbury Road and Canterbury Road to resume its normal route on Woodstock Road.
Towards the JR Hospital, the service will divert via St Margaret's Road, Banbury Road, Parks Road, Broad Street, turning around to pick up near Trinity College, resuming its regular route on South Parks Road.
24:
Towards Oxford the service will divert from Banbury Road, via Parks Road and Broad Street, terminating before Turl Street.
Towards Bicester the service will pick up on Broad Street near Trinity College and divert via Parks Road to resume their regular route on Banbury Road.
X52 Towards Oxford, the service will divert via St Margaret's Road, Banbury Road, Parks Road, Broad Street, resuming their regular route on George Street.
Towards Cheltenham, the service will divert after Gloucester Green via Broad Street, Parks Road, Banbury Road and Canterbury Road, resuming its regular route on Woodstock Road.
All Oxford Bus services along the diversion will serve the Keble Road and Bevington Road stops in both directions.

Witney Access Scheme Phase 2 Roadworks
10th Aug 2026 - 31st Oct 2026
Due to the Phase 2 of the Witney Access Scheme roadworks, between 10th of August and October our services operating within Witney will divert as follows:
X15 services will divert from Marriotts Walk via the High Street and Witan Way in order to terminate at Langdale Gate stop, services will then commence from Langdale Gate and resume their regular route via Corn Street towards Oxford.
H2 services will follow their regular route into Witney but will terminate at Langdale Gate where they will wait, services will then commence from the Market Square stop D towards Oxford as normal.
X9 services towards Witney will divert from the High Street, via Welch Way and Corn Street to resume their regular route at Langdale Gate. Services towards Chipping Norton will follow their regular route.
19 & 64 services will divert towards Witney from Marriotts Walk via the High Street and Witan Way in order to terminate at Langdale Gate stop where they will wait. Services will then commence their regular route via Corn Street towards Carterton and Swindon.
