Truck Festival 2026 Shuttle Service
Celebrating its 29th year, Truck Festival will be taking place between Thursday 23rd and Monday 27th July 2026.
Truck Festival is an annual event held near Steventon, Oxfordshire. Originally founded in 1998 – coined the birthday party that got out of control, Truck is dubbed the “UK’s most warped village fête”. A four-day celebration of the best new and established artists, filled with whacky entertainment and a unique community spirit.
Thames Travel will be providing a shuttle service to and from the festival and Didcot Parkway between Thursday 23rd and Monday 27th July 2026.

Fares
Adult Single - £8
Adult Period Return - £12 (With the Period Return there’s no need to try and keep a ticket safe all weekend, simply tap on with the same card on both journeys and your fare will be capped at £9)

Other local bus services
Thames Travel operate a network of frequent bus services to Steventon with a £15 Unlimited Travel offer over the Truck Festival weekend on all X2/NX2, ST1, and X36 services, as well as the above special shuttle services that will be running to and from Didcot Parkway.
The X2/NX2 bus links Oxford City Centre and Abingdon to Steventon up to every 20 minutes Monday-Saturday and up to every 30 minutes on Sundays. Click here to see the timetable - use bus stop ‘The Green’.
The X36 bus links Wantage and Grove to Steventon every 30 minutes on Monday-Saturday. Click here to see the timetable - use bus stop ‘The Green’.
The ST1 operates a fast link between Oxford and Milton Heights, near the festival site up to every 30 minutes on Mondays to Fridays. Click here to see the timetable - use bus stop 'Milton Heights Turn'.
Please note that the ST1 service does not operate on Saturday or Sunday. Fast X32 services operate daily from nearby Milton Park.
