Great value for money tickets for travel on any operator within in Reading.

Great value for money ‘Reading All-Bus’ day fares are available in Reading.

Passengers in Reading are able to take advantage of the ‘Reading All-Bus’ - a ‘multi-operator’ day ticket at an introductory lower price - thanks to Reading Borough Council’s successful bid for Bus Service Improvement Plan funding.

The ‘Reading All-Bus’ day travel ticket, which passengers can use across several bus companies (including Reading Buses, Thames Valley Buses, Carousel and Thames Travel) is just one of a range of bus improvements that Reading Borough Council’s programme intends to deliver over the next two years. This ticket will be particularly beneficial in areas such as Caversham where three bus companies provide services and ticket holders will always be able to use the next bus that arrives. There will also be discounted day tickets for young people and groups.

Where can I use 'Reading All-Bus' tickets?

These tickets are valid across Reading Borough and the surrounding suburban area, covering anywhere from Theale to Caversham Heights, and Purley-on-Thames to Winnersh Triangle.

Simply hop on the next bus, regardless of the operator with the 'Reading All-Bus' ticket.

A map showing all the routes covered by this ticket can be found here.
