Service Changes from 31st August 2025

We'll be making changes to services 4A, 33/33A, 67, 136, 139, 400 and X32 from 31st August 2025, as well as starting services 4B and 134.

These changes are to improve the reliability of our services and improve links, as well as some contract changes in partnership with Oxfordshire County Council.

4A 4B

New service 4B will replace service 400 between Osney Island and Harcourt Hill following the end of the Brookes University contract.

Service 4B will operate up to every 30 minutes and combine with service 4A to provide a service between Osney Island, Seacourt Park&Ride and Botley up to every 15 minutes.

Service 4A will see a minor timetable change to accommodate this and be diverted into Seacourt Park&Ride.

33 33A

Service 33 will be diverted east of Wallingford to serve Benson and replace service 139. This will offer new links from Benson to Didcot and Henley-on-Thames.

The route will also be extended south of Henley-on-Thames to Lower Shiplake.

67Following feedback from King Alfred's Academy, the 0800 departure from Faringdon, Market Place will operate 5 minutes earlier throughout (departing 0755) to ensure a timely arrival into Wantage.Timetable

We have won the contract to operate service 134 between Wallingford, South Stoke and Goring Station.

Buses will operate up to every hour Monday to Friday.

136Service 136 will be increased to operate up to every 30 minutes.Timetable
139Service 139 will be withdrawn and replaced by a revised service 33 - see above. 
275Following a retendering exercise by Oxfordshire County Council, operation of this service will transfer to Red Rose Travel. 
400

Service 400 between Osney Island and Harcourt Hill will be withdrawn and replaced by service 4B (see above) following the end of the Brookes University contract.

The route between Oxford Station, Headington, Wheatley and Thame is unaffected.

 
X32

Service X32 will be increased to operate up to every 20 minutes on weekdays in partnership with Oxfordshire County Council and Milton Park.

Weekend times will be revised slightly to improve punctuality but the overall service will remain the same.
