Buses operate up to every 30 minutes between Wallingford and Didcot Parkway with one bus per hour continuing to Abingdon via Sutton Courtenay and Culham. In Sutton Courtenay, buses no longer operate along Bradstocks Way and Harwell Road. Passengers that used stops on these roads should use stops on Milton Road or High Street instead.

IMPORTANT: From Sunday 3rd January 2021, your 97 service was suspended due to delays in the completion of bus gate infrastructure around Great Western Park South. Once completed, your 97 service will be operating to the new and improved timetable (available to view below), which was originally meant to start from 3rd January 2021. We currently expect the service to have a commencement date of approximately Easter 2021, however further updates will be published nearer the time.
From Spring 2021, route 97 will be significantly enhanced to operate up to every 30 minutes, Monday to Saturday. The route will operate from Didcot Parkway via Orchard Centre and Broadway, then via a one-way loop out along the Wantage Road (past the Community Hospital), through Great Western Park South to Park Road and then back along the Broadway to Didcot Parkway via the Orchard Centre.
