Service Changes from 9th November 2025

We'll be making some changes to our bus network in and around Oxford City from 9th November 2025, following the introduction of the temporary congestion charge.
These changes are designed to improve connectivity around the city, with faster journeys at peak times as well as better links to key employment areas and hospitals in East Oxford. Several orbital services will be enhanced with increased frequencies, including more buses in the evenings and on weekends. Direct links between Littlemore, Rose Hill, Iffley Road and the Rail Station will be restored on services 3 and 3A, plus the introduction of a Monday to Saturday N3 night bus service between the City Centre and Rose Hill.
Additionally, bus travel on Park&Ride services will be FREE for an initial three-month trial period from 29th October. Customers parking at any of the five Oxford Park&Ride sites will be able to obtain a free return ticket to an Oxford destination by showing their parking ticket to the bus driver.
