City Sightseeing Oxford recognised as tourist favourite with industry award

City Sightseeing Oxford has been recognised for its high levels of customer service after receiving an industry award prompted by feedback from guests on its bus and walking tours.
The city centre travel and tour operator received TripAdvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Award for 2024 for being placed in the top 10 percent of listings globally by tourists in the last year.
Tourists sighted City Sightseeing Oxford’s friendly guides, its walking tours and the frequency of services in their reviews. It follows City Sightseeing Oxford’s £ 4 million investment into an all-new fleet of electric open-top buses which have delivered zero-emission tours in the city since March.
Luke Marion, managing director at Oxford Bus Company, was pleased to receive the award and thanked customers for their positive feedback.

Founded in 2002, City Sightseeing Oxford operates daily bus and walking tours of the city, including access to Carfax Tower. a 12th-century church offering unrivalled views of Oxford from its peak.
Bus tours operate on a hop-on-hop-off basis and take in Oxford’s most iconic sights including Oxford Castle, Christ Church, Magdalen Bridge and the Ashmolean Museum with commentary available in 14 languages.
Its walking tours led by local experts extend to exploring the city’s university and its connection to the much-loved films Alice in Wonderland and Harry Potter.
