The main stops at Brookes University are on London Road or on Gipsy Lane. See the map above for where the bus stops for the University are located.
Westbound services towards the city centre depart from stop B5.
Services towards Headington depart from stop B2 and coaches towards Heathrow & Gatwick depart from stop B3.
Stops on Gipsy Lane are for buses to and from the halls of residence, as well as the JR Hospital, Cowley and Blackbird Leys.
Services 100/700 towards Hollow Way, The Slade, Cowley and Blackbird Leys depart from stop B6. Use stop B7 for the same services towards the JR Hospital, Marston and Kidlington.
Travel within the city and beyond
Until 30th June 2026, Oxford Brookes students and staff can still buy a Brookes CityZone Annual ticket for just £220 plus a £10 administration fee. This is a final opportunity to buy a CityZone Annual ticket for the best available price, saving £40 on the 2026/27 price (from 1st July 2026). Brookes CityZone Annuals passes can be activated at any point within a year of being purchased.
For more occasional travel, students and staff can purchase a Single ticket for travel on any of our buses within the CityZone area for £1.80. Other multi-trip and time-based options are also available, including combining with the CountryZone for travel across Oxfordshire:
