Sutton Road, Milton Temporary Closure
Due to roadworks, Sutton Road in Milton Village will be closed between 20/04 and 08/06. During this time, our 33 services will divert via Harwell Road and Sutton Courtenay Lane in both directions.
Passengers are advised to use the Sutton Courtenay High Street or Milton Park Signal Yard stops during this time, as the nearest alternatives.
Milton Heights Turn Stop Suspended
Due to construction works taking place in the area, the Milton Heights Turn bus stop is currently suspended until further notice for journeys towards Didcot/Harwell Campus. We are awaiting further information concerning the possibility of a temporary bus stop arrangement.
Delays on Abingdon services
Due to the closure of the slip road on A34 by Lodge Hill, this is causing increased traffic and congestion around Hinksey Hill as well as Abingdon Road. Our services, including other traffic are diverting via Boars Hill, causing delays in the area. As a result, all services operating in Abingdon and via Abingdon Road in Oxford are experiencing significant delays of up to 50 minutes. This may result in journey cancellations or truncation. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we advise allowing extra time for your journey.
X2 & X3 Service diversion
Due to roadworks at the Lodge Hill Slip Road our X2 and X3 services are currently diverting away from the A34 via the Oxford Road and Hinksey Hill Interchange.
Depending on traffic levels services may divert on occasion via Radley and Kennington.
We expect major delays as a result of this.
