Dedicated school & college bus services (2026/27)

Alongside our network of local bus services, we also operate several dedicated school and college bus services.

Travel on our dedicated school and college services usually requires a specific ticket for that route which must be purchased for the whole year. You can choose to do this as a one-off payment or can pay with a deposit and six instalments. Some services also offer students the option to pay on the day – please see the full details for each service below.

We understand that increasing numbers of schools are now choosing to make their sites ‘smartphone free’, and so we’re pleased to confirm that tickets for all of our dedicated school and college services are available as either mobile app tickets or as reusable smartcards without any difference in cost.

Unless stated otherwise, passes for dedicated school and college services can additionally be used on our network of local bus services at any time on all days of the week – perfect for after school activities or days out with friends.

DS1  Wallingford - North Stoke - Ipsden - Woodcote - Crays Pond - Goring - Streatley - Downs School

Our DS1 service has once again proved very popular and is now sold out for the 2026/27 academic year. If you’re travelling from Woodcote, Crays Pond, Goring or Streately, please see the details of our DS2 service below, which we’ll be operating for 2026/27 if 38 passes are sold. If this threshold isn’t met by 24th August 2026, any customers who have booked a place will be contacted and will receive a full refund of any monies paid.

If you’d like to join our waiting list for the DS1 service, please email [email protected] with the subject ‘DS1 Waiting List 2026/27’, confirming how many places you require and where you would like to board. If space becomes available on the DS1 service, customers will be contacted on a first come, first served basis. If sufficient numbers join the waiting list we will consider whether a second DS1 coach can operate as a duplicate to carry all intending customers.
