19th December
Take a break from the hustle and bustle for a calmer, quieter family activity.
Best suited for those who prefer a more ‘chilled-out’ session, take some time to enjoy a unique selection of works from the Ashmolean’s Aphrodite: The Making of a Goddess exhibition before getting started on drawing activities.
All your materials are provided as you sketch, draw, take inspiration from and imitate some incredible works of art, viewable up close in the Western Art Print Room. Print Room staff are on hand to help and answer questions, but what you make is up to you.
Sessions are free, but booking ahead is essential, with each ticket covering one adult and one child aged 8 years old or older.
