Win a 4-week CityZone & CountryZone App ticket (the “Promotion”) *.
Terms of Participation in the Promotion (the “Terms”)
1. Eligibility
1.1 To be eligible you must:
1.1.1 [18 and over]; and
1.1.2 have a UK postal address and an email address.
1.2 Employees of the Go-Ahead Group or any of its operating companies or affiliates their families, dependants and agents and any other person connected with are not eligible to Participate in the Promotion.
2. Participation
2.1 To participate in the Promotion, you:
2.1.1 Complete the survey in full including your email address and submit it.
2.1.2. agree to be bound by:
2.1.2.1 these Terms;
2.1.2.1 The terms of the Oxford Bus and Thames Travel App
3. Timing of Entries.
3.1 If you satisfy the Eligibility Criteria set out in 1, and participate as set out in 2, then you must enter between 14th September 2026 and 27th September 2026 .
4. Winners and Selection
4.1 The first entry selected [by the Promotor at random by an automated generator, as part of the Prize draw will win the prize].
4.2 There will be one winner across all Oxford Bus Company and Thames Travel companies .
4.3 The winner will be contacted via email by no later than 5th October 2026. If a winner does not respond within 5 working days, or any other period specified in our contact notice, of the notification being sent or is otherwise not available, the Prize will be forfeited by them, and the Promotor may select an alternative entrant to receive the Prize.
5. The Prize
5.1 The winner will receive a CityZone & CountryZone 4 week App ticket worth £115. The CityZone and CountryZone ticket Valid for travel on Oxford Bus Company and Thames Travel services in both areas (“the “Prize”).
5.2 The Prize is an App ticket which will be downloaded onto a pre-registered account on the Oxford Bus App. The promoter will verify with the winner that an account exists.
5.3 The ticket is redeemable via the Oxford Bus app only
5.4 To claim the ticket, the winner must have a Carousel Buses app and account or be willing to create one
5.5 The ticket must be activated within 12 months of issue

6. Only one entry per person. No purchase necessary.
7. The Prize is not transferable and, unless offered by the Promotor, there will be no substitutions, or cash alternatives of, for the Prize.
8. The Prize is subject to availability.
9. No expenses incurred in connection with entry to or participation in this Promotion will be paid.
10. The winning selection of the Promotor is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promotor shall be entitled to right to refuse to accept any entry.
12. All entries are subject to verification. Incomplete, bulk, automated and third party entries (including “voting exchange”) will be disqualified.
13. Failure to comply with these Terms will automatically render an entry void.
14. The Promotor does not accept any liability for any entries which are late, lost, incomplete or rendered, or any correspondence which is or may be overlooked by a participator due to it being in a junk or spam mail folder.
15. The name and county/town of the winner will be available for one month after the prize draw closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promotor.
16. By entering into the Promotion, each participant acknowledges and agrees that their Personal Data (meaning any data provided to the Promotor as part of the entry which could be used to identify the Participant) may be used by the Promotor for marketing purposes, and any other purposes described in these Terms. This includes use of Personal Data for promotional purposes by the Promotor . If a participant does not consent to such use, then the participant may withdraw their consent by sending the Promotor a notice in the manner prescribed in Privacy Policy .
17. Except as outlined in 15 and 16 above all personal data will be held and used by The Promotor in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
18. Participants may print these Terms or send a self-addressed envelope to: Marketing, Oxford Bus Company, Cowley House, Watlington Road, Oxford, OX4 6GA or by email to [email protected] requesting a copy and they will be sent to you.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms at any time without notice.
20. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms, the Promotion itself or any other matter relating to, or arising out of, these Terms or the Promotion, the Promoter’s decision shall be final. No written correspondence or verbal discussion will be entered into.
21. The Promotor is Oxford Bus Company, Cowley House, Watlington Road, Oxford, OX4 6GA acting on behalf of its affiliates.
22. This Promotion and these Terms are governed by the Laws of England and Wales and the Promoter and Participants agree that the Courts of England and Wales, exclusively, shall settle disputes.
