Our competitive salary starts at £14.39 per hour during training and increases to £17.25 per hour once you're driving solo (with even more on weekends!).

Already have your PCV license? Great! You can qualify for our fantastic £4,000 joining bonus scheme. The bonus is paid out in installments over your first year with the Company.

As a Thames Travel bus driver, you will:

• Safely operate a bus on various routes within the Oxfordshire area.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of your bus.
• Report any mechanical issues or accidents to the appropriate personnel.

All you need is:

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid UK driving license with at least one year of driving experience.
• Have a good driving record.
• Be able to pass a medical examination.
