26th - 28th June
Magdalen College School presents their adaptation of the classic tale of bravery, brotherhood, and betrayal: The Three Musketeers.
The year is 1620, and King Louis XIII is ruling France amid uncertainty and intrigue. His court is rife with plots, manipulated by the ruthless Cardinal Richelieu, who aims to disgrace the queen with the help of the charming but deadly Milady de Winter. Into this dangerous world, the ambitious D’Artagnan arrives in Paris, eager to make his fortune.
Students from Magdalen College School vividly bring Dumas’ swashbuckling novel The Three Musketeers to the stage, featuring original songs, a live tavern band, and thrilling battle sequences.
