Terms and Conditions - Chatty Bus Free Coffee Voucher

  1. Eligibility: 
  • The £5 drinks voucher is available to passengers who actively participate in meaningful conversations with Chatty Bus volunteers on the 5A bus during the Chatty Bus event. 
  • Vouchers are limited to one per person per event day. 
  1. Voucher Redemption: 
  • The voucher is valid only at Restore Garden Café, located at Manzil Way, Oxford, OX4 1YH. 
  • The voucher can only be used to purchase a single drink item from the menu, up to the value of £5. 
  • If the total purchase for a single drink item exceeds £5, the customer must pay the difference. 
  • No change or credit will be given if the purchase is less than £5. 
  1. Validity Period: 
  • The voucher is valid on the event day and for a limited period thereafter, as stated on the printed voucher. 
  • Expired vouchers will not be accepted. 
  1. Non-Transferability & Cash Value: 
  • Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. 
  • There is no cash equivalent to the vouchers, and they are not interchangeable for cash. 
  1. Availability: 
  • Vouchers are subject to availability and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. 
  • Oxford Bus Company reserves the right to limit the number of vouchers per event. 
  1. Use Restrictions: 
  • Vouchers must be presented at the time of ordering at Restore Garden Café. 
  • The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers. 
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced. 
  1. Event Participation: 
  • Chatty Bus volunteers will determine eligibility for receiving a voucher based on engagement in conversations. 
  • Participation in the Chatty Bus event does not guarantee a voucher if supplies run out. 
  1. Changes and Cancellation: 
  • Oxford Bus Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. 
  • Any changes will be communicated through Oxford Bus Company’s official channels. 
  1. General Terms: 
  • By accepting a voucher, participants agree to these terms and conditions. 
  • Oxford Bus Company and Restore Garden Café retain the right to refuse voucher redemption in cases of misuse or non-compliance with these terms.
