Improving equity, diversity and inclusion is a top priority for The Go-Ahead Group. Not only is it vital to the success of our business – it’s the right thing to do. The gender pay gap in our UK bus division is currently lower than the UK average, with a median gap of 8.9%. However, we want to reduce this further and we are taking steps to recruit more women at all levels as well as working towards enhancing the culture of our business to ensure it’s a welcoming place for everyone.
