Festive Bus & Coach Services - 2023/2024

Special timetables will operate over the festive period between 24th December 2023 and 2nd January 2024. See below for details of how Oxford Bus Company and Thames Travel services will operate.

 

Christmas Eve - Sunday 24th December

All services will operate to a normal Sunday timetable but with an early finish. Click here for a full list of the early finishes.

Christmas Day - Monday 25th December

No local bus services will operate.
The airline will operate a limited service. Click here for the timetable.

Boxing Day - Tuesday 26th December

A special service will operate on services 3, 3A, 5, 6, 8, 15, 35, 300, 400, X2, X3, X40 and the airline.

No other services will operate.

Wednesday 27th - Friday 29th December

Services 41, 45, 63, 91, 92 & 95 will operate to a Monday to Friday timetable.
Services 23A, ST1, ST2 and night bus services (NX1, NX2, NX40, NU1, NU5 and the 0223 X32 journey from Didcot) will not operate.

All other services will operate to a Saturday timetable.

Saturday 30th December

All services will operate to a Saturday timetable, except night bus services (NX1, NX2, NX40, NU1, NU5 and the 0223 X32 journey from Didcot) which will not operate.

New Year’s Eve - Sunday 31st December

All services will operate to a normal Sunday timetable but with an early finish. Click here for a full list of the early finishes.

New Year’s Day - Monday 1st January 2024

A special service will operate on services 3, 3A, 5, 6, 8, 15, 35, X2, X3, X40 and the airline.

Tuesday 2nd January 2024

All services return to normal school holiday timetables.

BROOKESbus services operate a vacation timetable. Semester timetables recommence from 20th January 2024.
