Part 1: Cleanliness of our buses

The pandemic has given us a chance to really review what we do from a cleaning perspective. So, one of the first things we’ve done is engage a new cleaning contractor to reach very high standards for every vehicle, every day.

Part 2: Our cleaning contractor

Our cleaning contractor, Nationwide Cleaning & Support Services, has specialised in providing bus cleaning services to many operators over the past 20 years. They have recently changed their products to anti-viral chemicals. They're now using a product called Guardicide, which is clinically proven to kill the COVID-19 virus.

Part 4: Technology support

We recently introduced Freeflow and smart key card top-ups on our buses to make travelling easier and safer for our customers. Find our more by watching this video.

Part 5: Service improvements

During the pandemic, we’ve not been resting on our laurels. We’ve made lots of really good changes to our service network that are going to continue for when everyone comes back to bus.

Video Part 6: Milton Park

As part of our partnership with Milton Park, we have recently introduced substantial improvements to our bus connectivity, offering new direct connections to Headington, Wantage and Grove, and improved service to Oxford, Didcot Parkway and Abingdon.

Part 7: Bicester Village

We are very proud to have acquired this contract and we are working closely with the Bicester Village management to provide exceptional service to the customers.
