Bookings can be made up to 4pm the day before travel, or the first journey if booking a return. Sorry, we can not accept bookings on the day of travel. You will need to print out your travel ticket at the end of the booking process, please make sure you have this facility available. 5 easy steps to book your ticket, and reserve your seat. 1. Select route We recommend that passengers allow one hour between the coach arrival time at the airport and the opening time of their check-in. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before coach departure time. If you arrive less than 10 minutes before the departure then you will lose your seat reservation and will only be carried if seat availability permits. When travelling on the coach please ensure that you carry some form of photographic ID so that the driver can authenticate your booking. All members of your party must travel together. An airline e-ticket for travel from Oxford to Heathrow or Gatwick can only be used on the journey specified on the e-ticket. airline e-tickets for travel from Heathrow or Gatwick to Oxford can be used on any departure (either earlier or later) as long as that service departs within 24 hours of the coach that you were booked on. In this instance no seat is guaranteed and the person named on the e-ticket will have to provide photographic ID. Your luggage allowance is 2 medium suitcases (up to 20kg each) per person in the hold and one small item of hand luggage on board the coach. Large items (such as skis, cycles etc) can only be carried if space allows and they are suitably packaged. We recommend you take out insurance. Tickets are subject to our full terms and conditions. |
