Oxford SmartZone is an area that covers bus routes operating in and around the city. This includes routes that go out as far as Kidlington, Begbroke, Wheatley, Kennington, and Cumnor.

If you buy a return ticket within Oxford SmartZone, you can make the return journey on any bus that operates along the same route, giving you total travel flexibility.*

*Excludes Stagecoach Night bus services. Returns bought on Thames Travel buses will only be valid on Thames Travel or Oxford Bus Company buses

one card

The Oxford SmartZone product gives you the flexibility to use any bus operated by Oxford Bus Company, Stagecoach and Thames Travel within the SmartZone area with the key.

Together with Stagecoach, we’ve coordinated our timetables to provide you with a more frequent and reliable service along our busiest routes to Kidlington, Blackbird Leys, Rose Hill, Barton & Risinghurst.
