IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR ALL KEY HOLDERS:

TO CONTINUE USING YOUR CARD PLEASE TAKE ACTION NOW

Later this year, there will be significant improvements to bus services and ticketing arrangements in Oxford.

As part of these changes, the key will be improved and will unlock even more of Oxford for your money. We must change over your key to a new version this summer in anticipation of the changes later in the year. To do this we need to know that the information we hold for you is up-to-date so that your new key can be sent out in good time.

It is important that we have your correct information, otherwise we cannot issue you with your replacement card and your existing card will not work after the change date. To confirm your details please:
